VPN Activation is Misleading.

I've purchased through GamingDragons before using the VPN method, no issues. However, after purchasing a code for Game Pass Ultimate and following the steps, it kept telling me it was region locked. Emailed asking how to redeem as I followed the steps, still nothing. I got an email back stating "You will need an Xbox account created with the country set to India, that is a new lock policy implemented by Microsoft.". So I now don't have use for this code. I wish it would have been stated before hand, others do say "account" when purchasing so you know it will need an account, however this still says VPN activation, and I think that's hella misleading. Ah well! Live and learn.
