Dragon Age 2
Probably the worst of all the Dragon Age Series, but still not bad.
Positives: + The story is solid, companion quest lines offer some substance and interest. + Graphics are (depending on how you interpret it) an improvement on Dragon Age: Origins, but I prefer the isometric view personally. Negatives: - One of the worst parts of this game is the re-used textures and maps, plus the small environment. Dragon Age 2 takes place in just one city, with very limited opportunity to go outside. It's a big step down from Dragon Age: Origins. Bioware literally copied exact segments of map and re-used them in different places with slight changes. Very lazy game design. - The game is very arcade-like, combat is cheesy and sort of cringey, it's streamlined compared to its predecessor Dragon Age: Origins. While this sounds good, a lot of the complexity is gutted, leaving you with dissatisfying fight engagements which aren't particularly tactical. Overall Score: 6/10 If you're a Dragon Age fan there's enough content for you to sink your teeth into, but I'd advise only buying this on a sale. Was this helpful?

A Fine RPG
If you liked the first Dragon Age, then just go ahead and get this one if you haven't but were just waiting. It has a really well written story and delivers an extremely similar, but not exact, gamelplay as Dragon Age Origins. Do it. You know you want it.
