Won't be worth it for everyone

The DLC itself is quite minimal, containing nothing that really adds anything to the gameplay. The skin / outfit offer a nice change if you have a few hours into the game and want to freshen it up.

The hacking and driving boost give you an instant increase to those stats, though it is not overtly hard to do so ingame.

Advised only for those who want some costmetic change, but only worth it if heavily on sale.
