    A polished challenge.
    I bought Tropico 4 on console a couple years ago as a recommendation from a friend. Never have I put so many hours into a game and still not understanding a perfect game-play. There are surprises at every turn if you have the right difficulty setting; and so many different ways you can ultimately end game. This is no simple Sim City builder. You have access to every aspect and obstacle it takes to become the ultimate dictator. Good luck.
