    Good Game
This game was truly really good and I enjoyed it very much. The story was really intriguing and told the story of Max Caulfield as she returns to her old home town and receives the strange power to turn back time for a few seconds. I really genuinely enjoyed this game but I felt like the choices I made had absolutely no difference in the ending, which was really disappointing. If you're someone like me that likes their own choices heavily changing the story plot I dissuade you from purchasing this game. The graphics are quite outdated to todays standard but I felt that they did not affect the actual games plot/storyline negatively and it personally didn't affect my gameplay :)

    Bad graphics, great ending
The graphics were more like photographs at times, but I think that may have been done on purpose, since it is about a photographer. The ability to go back and prevent things from occurring after they happen is awesome, provided you pay close attention.

ver wanted to timetravel? Well here is your chance.

The story is about a introverted 18 year old girl called Maxine Caulfield or short Max. Recently she started at a new school and is struggling to fit in. She has a strange power that let's her reverse time for a couple of seconds. This ability allows Max to learn information and redo conversations to get a better result for herself and to change her decisions.

I enjoy these types of games. You make important choices that will influence your faith and that of the living beings around you. Amazing storyline that sucks you in from the first moment. Geniusly athmospheric, amazing soundtrack and beautiful art.

    Great Storyline, beautiful artwork!
Initially, when news of this game sprung up with it's trailers, I have to be honest, I wasn't all that phased by it and definitely wasn't too pulled in with what I was seeing.

However, just like most games I'm always willing to give them a try because a lot of the time you will be surprised compared to what the trailers or first reviews tell/ show you. And I'm extremely happy with my decision to give it a go.

I first watched a couple of videos on YouTube so I could get a feel for what I'd be getting into and I can honestly say, I was excited to play this game.

Now after playing it myself (baring in my the complete season isn't even out yet, so this is a great achievement I personally believe!) I can tell you all honestly, and openly that this game has one of the best story lines I have ever had the pleasure of playing through, it is so well done and the connections between the characters is just brilliant! The mystique to the game constantly keeps you on your toes and is just phenomenal and as for the artwork itself, it's beautiful and so well done.

Overall, I would recommend that you give this game a try as I am sure you will not be disappointed!

Episode 1 - So Far, So Good!
So as of the writing of this review, only Episode 1 has been released, so this will not be a "complete" review as of yet. This is also why I couldn't give it a full five stars...at least, not yet.

That being said, Life is Strange has gotten off to a very good start. Take equal parts Donnie Darko, The Butterfly Effect, and My-So-Called-Life and you get this point-and-click, story-driven, episodic adventure. You play the role of Max, an awkward, artistically gifted girl struggling to fit in at the prestigious Blackwell Academy. Haunted by dreams that seem all too real, Max discovers that she has an extraordinary gift--she can rewind time.

As you navigate Max through a day at the academy, she is presented with numerous decisions to made and all of them include consequences. The depth of most of those consequences is not yet known, but there are multiple points in this episode where it feels like there really is no "right" or "wrong" answer..its all up to you. Don't think you make the right choice? You can always rewind and make a different decision, but as Max will tell you, she can only go back so far. And be careful, what may seem like the right decision at the time, may be the wrong decision in the long run.

While Life is Strange may touch on a number of the "teen drama" cliches, it does so fluidly, with well written dialogue that presents each issue in a seemingly fresh way. So while the source material may not be new, it FEELS new because of the exceptional execution.

Graphically, LIS is beautiful. The look and feel of the game match perfectly with Max. While the dialogue displays the authors appreciation of artistry, the graphic environment shows the same appreciation. The same can also be said for the soundtrack--and the three are fused seamlessly as each part enhances and improves the other. One part could not be removed without taking something away from the other two.

Its all a great start, but we're only 20 percent of the way there.
